Batteryx VPN legal

Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Batteryx VPN mobile application and how that information is handled.

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Batteryx VPN does not require account registration. We do not sell personal information or use the content of VPN traffic for advertising.

1. Information we process

Batteryx VPN may process limited technical information needed to provide and protect the service, including:

  • IP address and the VPN server selected;
  • connection time, session duration, and bandwidth usage;
  • device type, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic information; and
  • website and download-log information such as request time, response status, browser type, and IP address.

We do not ask for your name, payment-card information, or account password to use the free app. We do not intentionally record the content of your communications or the content of pages you view through the VPN connection.

2. How we use information

We use limited technical information to operate VPN connections, apply the monthly data allowance, maintain performance, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, diagnose errors, and measure app downloads.

3. Sharing

We may share limited information with hosting, network, security, and technical service providers only when necessary to operate Batteryx VPN. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Retention

Technical and security information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, and enforcement of the monthly allowance. Website download logs are ordinarily retained for no longer than 30 days. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify a user may be retained longer.

5. Cookies and advertising tools

The Batteryx VPN website currently does not use advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel, or cross-site tracking. If these practices change, this policy will be updated before the new tools are used.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and Batteryx VPN cannot eliminate every online risk.

7. Your choices and rights

You may stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time. Depending on your location, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We may need enough information to verify and process a request.

8. Children

Batteryx VPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, our practices, or applicable law. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version became effective.
